The Form of Personnel Organization in a Virtual Enterprise Environment and Its Realization Condition

摘要 虚拟企业环境下更常见的人员的组织形式将是基于合同网的工作团队,它更加具有弹性和反应力。指出了虚拟企业环境下对人员组织方式的要求,分析了基于行政命令和长官意志的工作团队的局限性,探讨了基于合同网的工作团队的组织方式及其优点,提出了其实现的前提条件。 In a virtual enterprise environment, a much commoner form of personnel organization will be the team based on contract net with more flexibility and stronger response ability. First, the requirements of personnel organization form in virtual enterprise environment is pointed out, then the defects of working team based on administrative orders and under the will of the higher-ups is analyzed, and also studied is the organi-zation form of contract-net-based working team, its advantages and the realization conditions.
