用正电子湮没技术研究微量铝对铁基非晶态合金的影响

摘要 用正电子湮没技术研究了七种铁基非晶态合金,结果表明铝含量高的合金的正电子湮没参数大于铝含量低的合金,意味着铝的存在会造成铁基非晶态合金微观结构的不均匀性,很可能是较多的类空位缺陷出现。 Seven Fe-based amorphous alloys have been studied by Doppler broadening and lifetime techniques of positron annihilation. It is shown that the parameters of positron annihilation in the Fe-based amorphous alloys containing more aluminum are higher than those in the alloys with less aluminum, which means that the existence of element aluminum in Fe-based amorphous alloys results in a more inhomogeneous structure on a smaller scale, probably, more vacancy-like defects.
