New Fe-Based Amorphous Alloys with High Initial Permeability,Low Coercivity and Low Core Loss

摘要 本文报道了具有10~5数量级起始磁导率和矫顽力小于0.8A/m(m⊙_e 数量级)的同时具有低铁损的铁基非晶合金的直流和交流磁特性,也报道了对显微组织研究的初步实验结果. In the present paper,DC and AC magne- tic properties of new Fe-based amorphous alloys are reported,which exhibit high initial permeability(10s order),low coer- cive force(smaller than 0.8 A/m)and much lower core losses.The initial permeability,the coercive force and the core losses of the new alloys are equivalent tothose of the Co-based amorphous alloys, but Bs and Tc of the former are much higher than those of the latter The studies of microstructure and X-ray diffraction bare shown that the annealed alloys with high magnetic properties mainly con- sist of the ultrafine grains of α-Fe,whhic have the average size ot 11~20nm.9refs.
