摘要
对156F汽油机曲轴断裂件进行了化学成分、力学性能、显微组织以及断口形貌等综合分析,结果表明,曲轴的断裂是由于未按工艺要求进行正火细化晶粒处理、材质存在内部冶金缺陷、基体调质组织不合格等综合因素作用。
Chemical composition, mechanical property, microstructure and fracture morphology of the faihure crankshaft in 156F gasoline engine were comprehensively investigated. The results showed that the failure of crankshaft was caused without fine-grained normalizing treatment according to process, by the existence of impurity inside steel substrate, and the poor microstructure after hardening and tempering in core area.
