摘要
讨论了电子商务信息流、物流、资金流三者的内涵,认为信息流、物流、资金流分别是电子商务的核心、保障、手段,并分析了三者之间的互动关系。
The thesis discusses the contents of information flow,logistics and fund flow of electronic busines,pro-duces that information flow of electronic busines,logistics and fund flow are respectively the core,guaran tee and method of electronic business.It also analyses the interactive relatio ns among them.
