摘要
针对政府和企业如何在电子商务环境下实现管理理论与方法的创新,介绍近年来国内外学者对电子商务管理研究的主要领域与热点问题,深入剖析这些研究存在的问题,指出国内外学者需要加大电子商务管理研究的深度与广度,从而尽快形成一套较为完整、系统化的电子商务管理理论体系,以指导政府和企业有效地开展电子商务活动。
In the light of how the government and enterprises carry out the innovation of management theory and method under e-commerce environment, this paper introduces the main areas and hot issues of electronic commerce management on which the domestic and international scholars develop research recently, and analyzes the existing problems among these studies thoroughly. Then, it points out that the domestic and international scholars should reinforce the research depth and scope of e-commerce management, so that they can form a more comprehensive, more systematical theory system of e-commerce management as soon as possible, to guide the government and enterprises' taking e-commerce activities effectively.
