摘要
随着知识技术全球化创新的涌现,企业的生存和发展离不开高效率和高素质的员工———知识型员工。因此,如何有效地激发知识型员工的创造力,已成为现代企业人力资源管理的核心。在详细分析知识型员工个性、工作特征以及个体需要的基础上,从工作内容、工作环境、工作报酬和企业文化等4个方面提出有效激励知识型员工的有关措施。
With the emergence of global knowled ge innovation,knowledge workers -e mployees with high quality and efficiency have become the vital factor of the existence and developm ent of an enterprise.Thus,how to mak e efficient exploration of knowledge workerspotential and creation abi lity is a core problem in modern human re-source management.This paper proposes concerning measures of valid incentive for knowledge workers based o n detailed analysis of their characte rs,working characteristics and individual demands.
