巩县伊洛河水和周围井水致突变性调查

摘要 用细菌波动试验和蚕豆根尖微核试验检测巩县伊洛河四个断面河水富集物的致突变性,前者致突变阳性率为90%,后者为91.7%。12个沿伊洛河井水(试验组)和10个远离河井水(对照组)富集物的致突变性,也用以上两种方法进行检测。结果:试验组12个井的井水均有致突变效应,而对照组仅4个井为阳性。 Mutagenicity of the extracts of the river water collected from four different sections of Yiluo River in Gongxian County were detected with the fluctuation test on bacteria and the micronucleus test on Vicia faba root tips. The mutagenic posi- tive rate of the former test was 90%, the latter was 91.7%. Mutagenicity of the extract of the twelve samples collected from the well water along Yiluo River (test group), and ten samples from the well which was distant from Yiluo River (control group) were examined with the two test. mentioned above. The results showed that in the test group all samples were mutagenic, whereas only four sam- ples were positive in the control group.
