摘要
用细菌回复突变试验和重组试验检测12个工厂废水富集物的致突变性。结果表明:7个工厂废水富集物分别对TA98和TA100菌株或Ecoliwp2和Ecoliwp2 uvrA菌株有强致突变效应,9个工厂废水富集物分别对枯草杆菌H17和M45菌株出现阳性重组效应。它们的最小致突变剂量相当于0.04ml至50ml废水的富集物。
Mutagenicity of the extracts of waste water from twelve factories was detectedwith reverse mutation test and Rec-assay of bacteria. The results showed that sevenextracts of the twelve had strong mutagenic effects on TA 98 and TA 100 or E. coliWP_2 and E. coli WP_2 uvrA strains, and nine extracts had positive Rec-effect onBacillus subtilis H 17 and M45 strains. Their minimal mutagenic doses of extracts areequivalent to 0.04~50ml waste water.
