摘要
通过孔雀石表面黄药吸附量测定 ,矿浆溶液中残余黄药组分测定与分析以及孔雀石的黄药浮选试验 ,研究了搅拌时间对孔雀石表面对黄药的吸附活性 ,黄药吸附层的稳定性以及孔雀石可浮性的影响。结果表明 ,硫化和WSS药剂对孔雀石的处理 ,使其对黄药的吸附活性下降 ,吸附量减少 ,但黄药吸附的稳定性大为提高 。
Malachite is the most common occurrence of oxide coppor ore.Therefore,malachite has been taken as sample for research tests to study the mechanism of floatation of oxide copper ore.In the tests,the quantity of xanthate absorbed onto the surface of malachite was measured;the composition of xanthate remained in malachite ore pulp was analysed;the influence of agitating time duration on activeness of malachite to absorb xanthate and the stability of xanthate layer absorbed onto the surface of malachite were determined.Test results show that malachite after being treated by sodium sulphide and wss(a kind of sulphide)is less active to absorb xanthate,but the xanthate layer absorbed onto the surface of malachite is more stable,thus the floatability of malachite is obviously increased.
