摘要
本文叙述了我国矿业开发中存在的主要问题 ,给出了与矿产资源合理开发利用及保护有关的监督管理、有偿使用、开发战略与相关政策、采矿设计、可持续发展、矿产资源安全等方面的研究现状 ,分析了存在的问题 。
One of the important bases for our life and social progress is constituted by mineral resources of which the regeneration is impossible,the quantity is limited,the bedding is different and the mining pollutes environment.Reasonable exploitation of mineral resources is always a challenge.From the viewpoints of administrative management,taxes and fees,tactics & strategies,mining design,sustainable development etc which are closely related with mineral resources exploitation,the paper describes the curren status of research how to achieve reasonable exploitation of mineral resources and makes suggestions for further research in this field.
