摘要
根据耕地资源安全的内涵,先将耕地资源安全细分为耕地资源数量安全、质量安全和生态安全,然后采用不同的方法分别对这三个方面的安全状况进行评价,最后将三个方面的安全状况综合成整个耕地资源安全状况。结果表明,自改革开放以来,我国耕地资源安全状况呈先增后减的变化趋势;从安全水平的区域分布来看,我国北部、中部和西部省份的安全水平普遍高于东部和南部省份;区域安全水平与经济发展水平呈负相关关系。
According to resources security Into types of security using corresponding cultivated land resources security, this paper firstly subdivides cultivated land quality security and ecological security, and then appraises the status of the three hods, synthesizing the security status of cultivated land resources. The results indict that since the reform and opening-up, the level of security has firstly ascended and then descended. From the perspective of regional distribution, the security standard of the northern, central and western provinces is generally higher than that of the eastern and southern provinces, suggesting that regional security standard has a negative correlation with the level of economic development.
