摘要
本文通过对菲涅耳公式的深入分析 ,得出了半波损失正确概念及反射时是否发生半波损失的基本分析方法 ,并指出了半波损失与薄膜干涉中的额外程差的区别 ,纠正了一些文献中常见的错误认识并得到了一些重要结论。
The problems about half wave loss and the distinction between half wave loss and the extra optical path difference in interference of thin film is studied with Fresnel,sformula ;some mistakes in solving this kind of problems were corrected
