摘要
运用电磁波在两类介质的边界面上反射和折射之后的电矢量表达式,得到一个定量解释电磁波反射前后电矢量相位变化的数学表达式.根据布儒斯特角讨论了对于不同入射角,反射波电矢量和入射波电矢量之间的相位变化.以二氧化硅薄膜为例,讨论了不同波长的电磁波由空气入射到薄膜上时,折射率随波长的变化,以及波程差的变化趋势.
By using the electric vector expressions of electromagnetic waves after reflection and refraction at the boundary surface of two types media, the article gets a mathematics expression to explain quantitatively the pha- sic variation of electric vector before and after reflecting. According to the Brewster angle, the phasic variation of the reflected wave and incident wave of electric vector for differently incident angles are discussed. Considering the menbrane of silicon dioxide as an example, the index of refraction vary with wavelengths and the variation trend of the wave path-difference are discussed under different wavelengths of electromagnetic waves entering membrane from air.
