摘要
采用优良的天然 等高铝矾土为主要原料 ,加入适量的高钾矿物作辅助原料 ,研制出莫来石含量为 5 5 %~ 6 0 % ,玻璃相为 4 0 %~ 4 5 % ,矿物组成中不含方石英和刚玉相的 Molokite耐火熟料。经检测分析证明 ,其矿物组成、显微结构和理化性能都达到了预期的要求。
A new Molokite refractory clinker containing 55%~60% mullite and 40%~45% glass phase was compounded using fine Dk as a major material and high potassium minerals as accessory material.The mineral constituent of this clinker not contains cristobalite and corundum.Examination results showed that the mineralogical composition,microstructure and physicochemical property of the new Molokite refractory clinker has reached expectant demand.
