摘要
用二次烧成的方法制备出以硅藻土为主要原料的陶瓷,并且借助于XRD和SEM手段对其进行了分析,通过陶瓷外观质量和物性测试,研究结果表明:该陶瓷具有强度高、吸水率低、收缩率小、孔隙率大和比重轻的特点。坯体的主要晶相为硅酸锆、方石英和钙长石,釉料的主要晶相为锆英石、石英和方石英,并且在烧成过程中都形成了液相。
Decorative ceramics were prepared from diatomite by twice sintering process, and an analysis of them was made by using XRD and SEM. The result shows that the ceramic has high bending strength, low water absorption rate and shrinkage, high hole rate and low density. The mainly crystaUine phase of biscuit is zircon, christobalite and calcium feldspar, and the one of glaze is zircon, quarts and christobalite. The liquid phase was formed during the ceramic sintering process.
