摘要
PLC与上位机监控系统的通讯技术是工业控制系统中的关键技术之一。以超薄快速铸轧板形控制系统为基础 ,在保证系统通讯安全可靠的前提下 ,设计了PLC与上位机监控系统最经济、可靠的通讯方案 ,采用功能强大的开发工具C Builder编制上位机通讯程序。该方案实现简单 ,通讯可靠 ,可移植性强 。
Communication between Programmable Logical Controller(PLC)and computer is one of the pivotal technology in the industrial control system. This paper takes the flat control system of thin gauge high speed roll casters as example. Based on safety and dependability of the communication, the economy and dependable communication project between PLC and Computer Control System is designed. Communication program of computer control system is programmed by a very strong program tools-C Builder. This project can be realized easily, can be easily transplanted to other control systems, can be suited to the similar industrial control system, and the communication is very dependable.
