摘要
可编程序控制器(PLC)是一种由电源、CPU、存储器、输入单元以及接口等部分组成的新型自动化控制装置。它是依靠软件支持对外界设备进行控制的器件,其基本软件包括系统软件和应用软件。对可编程序控制器的结构、工作过程进行分析后得出,可编程序控制器具有可靠性高、编程简单、使用方便、通用性强、体积小、结构紧凑等特点,是实现机电一体化的理想设备,符合仪器标准化和开放式结构的发展趋势。在电器控制方面,具有广阔的应用前景。
A brief introduction of the PLC is given. It is one new type of automatic control equipment. PLC has the structure of power, CPU, memory space, input and interface. PLC can be used to control the electrical equipment with the softwares including system software and practice software. A research on the structure and work proceeding of PLC is given and it draws the conclusion that PLC has the advantages, such as high dependence, simple program, large using scale and so on. PLC is the good equipment for using in electrical control and has large prosperity in this field.
