摘要
分析了网络计划软件存在的问题 ,提出了多级通用网络计划决策支持工具 (PERT/DST(DecisionSupportTools) )的双环结构模式和设计思想及网络分级中的分解 -聚合方式和准则 ;对网络计划的模型、数据、算法进行了分析 ;给出了数据 -模型 -算法进行分类管理的模式。运用模型库这一手段解决了多模型的组织问题 ,用三级框架结构来表达网络模型 ,系统由用户输入原始数据 ,自动生成网络模型。给出了系统的动态监视准则和监视策略 。
The paper analyzes the subsistent problems of exploited network planning software. And it puts forward two loops structure pattern,design ideas,decomposition aggregation modes in network classification and rules about multilevel general network planning decision making support tools(PERT/DST). It also analyzes the models,data and algorithms of network planning,and provides the patterns in which datum model algorithm classifies and manages.It solves the structure problems of models by using model base. Network models are showed by frame structure of third class,and the system can makeup network model by users inputting original datas. The paper provides the dynamic surveillance rules and surveillance strategies of the system. It describes the integration pattern under CIMS.
