重构是实现敏捷制造单元的关键技术之一。本文首先给出了敏捷制造单元的定义 ,然后明确了敏捷制造单元重构的必要性 ,接着对敏捷制造单元重构问题进行了深入的分析 ,明确了重构问题的实质是制造资源的选择和组织问题 ,在此基础上提出了一种基于整数规划和排序聚类的重构算法 ,最后 。
Reconfiguration is one of the key issues in im plementation of agile manufacturing cell (AMC). A two-phased algorithm is propo sed to solve the dynamic reconfiguration of AMC. This paper begins with the defi nition of AMC and the importance of reconfiguration. Then the reconfiguration of AMC is defined as the selection and organization of manufacturing resources. A two-phased algorithm is developed. In the first phase, integer programming is u sed to select manufacturing resources optimally. In the second phase, rank order clustering is used to cluster machines as cells. An example is given and used t o demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. The result obtained s hows that the proposed algorithm is well suited for the dynamic reconfiguration of AMC.
