摘要
本文对96例糖尿病人测定了血胰岛素、皮质醇、T_3、T_4和24h尿VMA,结果表明:糖尿病人血胰岛素Ⅰ型显著低于对照组,Ⅱ型略高于对照组。其它多种有关激素亦有相应的变化,包括皮质醇、儿茶酚胺升高,T_3、T_4降低,且Ⅰ型因胰岛素严重缺乏,血糖升高比Ⅱ型显著,其有关激素的变化亦比Ⅱ型显著。
The concentrations of serum insulin, cortisol, T_3, T_4 and urinary VMA of 30patients with IDDM, 66 patients with NIDDM and 30 controls were measured.Theresults showed that the serum insulin levels of the IDDM patients were significantlylower than those of the controls (p<0.05). It was observed that the serum insulinlevels of the NIDDM patients were higher than those of the controls, but therewas no significant difference. The raised levels of contisol and catecholamine andthe decreased levels of serum T_3 and T_4 were obtained in all the patients with di-abetes mellitus. The results demonstrate that either the raised blood glucose or thesignificant changes of other hormones of the IDDM patients is probably due to asevere deficiency of serum insulin.
