摘要 作为一条新型信号转导通路 ,JAK STAT广泛参与细胞的生长、分化等过程。但目前对该通路的研究主要集中在造血及免疫系统 ,对其在中枢神经系统 (CNS)内的功能及作用机制尚没有完全阐明。本文对JAK STAT途径各成员在CNS内的表达、分布情况 。
