摘要
目的探讨消乳散结汤联合手术治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的临床疗效。方法选取龙岩人民医院2016年2月—2017年1月收治的浆细胞性乳腺炎患者100例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各50例。两组患者均行切开引流术,术后给予抗菌药物治疗,对照组患者不做其他处理,研究组加用消乳散结汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后白细胞计数、超敏C反应蛋白、泌乳素水平及中医症状评分。结果研究组患者治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者白细胞计数、超敏C反应蛋白、泌乳素水平及中医症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组患者白细胞计数、超敏C反应蛋白、泌乳素水平及中医症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消乳散结汤联合手术治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者的临床症状及体征,减轻炎性反应,降低泌乳素水平。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiaoru Sanjie Decoction combined with surgery in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis.Methods A total of 100 cases of plasma cell mastitis patients were selected from February 2016 to January 2017 in Longyan People’s Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and research group,50 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with incision and drainage,and given antibiotics after operation.The control group was not given other treatments,and the research group was added Xiaoru Sanjie Decoction based on control group.The clinical effect and leucocyte,hypersensitive C-reactive protein,prolactin levels,TCM symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The research group of effective rate was higher than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no significant differences of leucocyte,hypersensitive C-reactive protein,prolactin level or TCM symptom score was found between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the leucocyte,hypersensitive C-reactive protein,prolactin level and TCM symptom score of the research group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoru Sanjie Decoction combined with surgical treatment have an obviously clinical effect for plasma cell mastitis,it can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,and regulate the inflammatory reaction,and reduce the levels of prolactin.
