摘要
【目的】观察加味阳和汤对浆细胞性乳腺炎的临床治疗效果。【方法】将43例浆细胞性乳腺炎患者分为2组,其中治疗组25例采用自拟加味阳和汤内服结合外科换药治疗,对照组18例采用抗生素抗炎结合外科换药治疗,观察2组临床疗效,比较2组患者的复发率和平均疗程情况。【结果】(1)治疗组治愈15例,好转8例,未愈2例,总有效率为92.0%;对照组治愈5例,好转7例,未愈6例,总有效率为66.7%;2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示治疗组疗效优于对照组。(2)治疗组平均疗程为(30.3±6.3)d,对照组为(51.9±8.2)d,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(3)治疗组复发率为4.0%,对照组为22.2%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】自拟加味阳和汤治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of modified Yanghe Decoction for plasma cell mastitis. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in 43 cases of plasma cell mastitis. Of the 43 cases, 25 were in the treatment group and received modified Yanghe Decoction combined with routine surgical change dressings 18 were in the control group and received antibiotics combined with routine surgical change dressings , and After treatment, the therapeutic effect was observed, and the recurrence rate as well as the mean treatment course was compared in the two groups. Results In the treatment group, 15 cases were cured, 8 were effective, 2 were ineffective and the total effective rate was 92. 0%. In the control group, 5 cases were cured, 7 were effective, 6 were ineffective and the total effective rate was 66.7%. The difference of total effective rate was significant between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The mean treatment course was （30. 3 ± 6.3 ） days in the treatment group, shorter than （51.9 ±8.2） days in the control group （P 〈0. 01 ）. As for the recurrence rate, 4. 0 % were shown in the treatment group and 22.2% in the control group, the difference being insignificant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Modified Yanghe Decoction is effective for the treatment of plasma cell mastitis
