高技术产业技术引进消化吸收再创新分阶段投入与产出关系研究——基于分行业数据的实证研究 被引量:42

Study on the Relationship of Input and Output of Re-innovation After Digesting the Introduced Technology in High-tech Industry:An Empirical Study Based on Different Industry Data

摘要 本文构建了高技术产业技术引进消化吸收再创新的C-D生产函数模型,对高技术产业分行业技术获取、技术转化、技术开发的技术引进消化吸收再创新的全过程进行了逐步回归分析,并进行稳健回归,验证模型的稳健性。结果表明:三个阶段投入产出效果都不显著,更多地依赖于R&D人员和经费投入,各行业间差异显著,医药制造业和医疗设备及仪器仪表制造业规模小,研发能力不足,技术开发阶段投入产出效果差;航空、航天器设备制造业技术开发阶段投入产出效果显著;计算机及办公设备制造业、电子及通信设备制造业重引进轻消化。 This study constructsa C-D production function model forhigh-techindustry re-innovation after digesting the introduced technology. Divides the whole process of the high-tech industry re-innovation after digesting the introduced technology into three stages: technology acquisition、technology transform、technology development. Uses software analyze the data with the enter regression analysis and robust regression,Use it to verify the robustness of the model. The results shows that it has shortage of R&D capability and the input-output effect of the technology development stage is poor due to the manufacture of medicine and manufacture of medical equipments and measuring instrument are small. The inputoutput effect of the manufacture of aircrafts and spacecrafts and related equipment in the technology development stage is remarkable. Because manufacture of electronic equipment and communication equipment and themanufactureof computersandofficeequipmentpay attention to introduction but look down on digest,so theinput-outputeffectofthe three stages is not significant,and it reliesmoreonR&Dpersonnelandfundinginput.
