摘要
【目的/意义】分析大数据背景下农业科技信息传递联动机制,有助于提升农业科技创新与成果转化协同能力和运行效率。【方法/过程】从农业科技信息传递中面临的现实问题出发,探讨在大数据背景下农业科技信息有效传递的历史机遇,分析基于大数据背景农业科技信息传递的联动机制与路径选择。【结果/结论】提出完善农业科技信息传递联动机制的政策建议。
【Purpose/significance】Analyzing the linkage mechanism of information transfer in agricultural science and technology under the background of large data,it is helpful to improve the cooperative ability and operation efficiency of agricultural science and technology innovation and achievement transformation.【Method/process】Based on the practical problems in agricultural science and technology information transmission, this paper discusses the historical opportunity of effective agricultural science and technology information transmission under the background of big data, and analyze the linkage mechanism and path selection of agricultural science and technology information transfer based on large data background.【Result/conclusion】The policy suggestions of improving the linkage mechanism of information transfer of agricultural science and technology are put forward.
