摘要
农业科技创新信息服务体系是一个高度开放的农业科技创新信息服务和保障体系。它通过高效的供给农业科技创新活动所需要的信息资源,改善农业科技创新环境,优化农业创新资源配置,提高农业科技创新成果转化成效。本文在明确了农业创新过程的基础上,按照信息资源加工、信息资源整合和信息终端服务三层技术架构搭建了农业科技创新信息服务体系平台。
The innovation information service system of science and technology in agriculture is a highly opefied system which provides information service and security for innovation of agriculture science and technology. It improves the innovational environment of agricultural science and technology, optimalizes the a/location of innovational resources in agriculture, and improves the effectiveness of transformation in innovations of agricultural science and technology, which provides informational resources for innovation of agricultural science and technology effectively. Based on the process of innovation of agriculture science and technology, this paper constructs the platform of innovation information service system of science and technology in agriculture, according to the threeier technical architecture which are processing, integration and terminal services of information resources.
