摘要
探讨1例糖尿病周围神经病变合并POEMS综合征患者的临床症状,POEMS综合征临床表现多样,应及早进行全面)评估,以实现疾病的早发现早诊断早治疗。
To investigate the clinical symptoms of a patient with diabetic peripheral neuropathy complicated with POEMS syndrome.The clinical manifestations of POEMS syndrome are diverse and should be comprehensively evaluated to achieve early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment of the disease.
