摘要目的探讨影响常识性辨认能力的相关因素,为常识性辨认能力的评定和标准化检查提供科学依据。方法采用自编表格及简明精神病评定量表对138例刑事案例鉴定资料的常识性辨认能力评定相关因素进行调查分析。结果常识性辨认能力正常109例,实质性辨认能力正常76例,实质性辨认能力丧失和削弱组中,共有33例常识性辨认能力评定为正常,占53.23%。常识性辨认能力削弱组简明精神病评定量表总分及思维障碍因子评分显著高于常识性辨认能力正常组(P<0.01):鉴定诊断、鉴定意见、实质性辨认能力等27个因素与常识性辨认能力评定相关,有判别作用的因素为记忆障碍、执行能力、劳动能力、现实因素、作案环境选择性共5个因子,经过判别组内回代检验,常识性辨认能力不同组别和总的判别函数回代正确率分别为93.1%、93.6%和93.5%。结论常识性辨认能力与实质性辨认能力存在明显差异,思维障碍因子可能影响常识性辨认能力,常识性辨认能力的多元判别分析方法有较好的实用价值,有助于提高鉴定意见的一致性。 Objective To explore the relevant factors that affect common sense identification capacity,and to provide scientific,basis for the evaluation and standardization of common sense identification capacity. Method Through retrospective research method,and using the self-made table and Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS)to investigate the relevant factors of 138 cases of common sense identification capacity in criminal case.Results There were 109 cases with normal common sense identification capacity,and 76 cases with normal substantial identification capacity.In the substantial identification capacity loss and impairment group,a total of 33 cases (53.23%)had normal common sense identification capacity.The total score of BPRS and thinking disorder factor score in the common sense identification capacity impairment group were significantly higher than those in the normal common sense identification capacity group (P< 0.01).27 factors such as identification diagnosis,identification opinions,and substantive identification ability were related to common sense identification ability assessment.5 factors such as memory impairment,executive ability,labor ability,realistic factor,and crime environment selectivity had discrimination function.After the return test in the discriminant group,the correct rate of common sense identification ability and total discriminant function were 93.1%,93.6% and 93.5%,respectively.Conclusion There is a gignificant difference between common sense identification capacity and substantial identification capacity,thinking disturbance factor may affect common sense identification capacity.The multivariate discriminant analysis method of common sense i- dentification ability has good practical value and helps to improve the consistency of expert conclu- sion.
