摘要
目的:编制从精神医学角度对辨认和控制能力评定的量表,并进行初步信效度检验。方法:参考国内外相关评定量表,结合长期鉴定的实践经验,采用结构化的决策方法编制出由①精神障碍症状、性质、程度等自身因素;②精神障碍对社会功能影响因素;③精神障碍对作案行为影响因素组成的辨认和控制能力精神医学评定量表(Psychi-atric Assessment Scale of Cognitive and Volition Capacity in crime,PASCVC),对225例违法案件中的被鉴定人进行评定。结果:①全量表的Cronbach's α系数为0.953,各因素的Cronbach'sα系数为0.816-0.933,Guttmann分半信度为0.890。各项目重测的相关系数在0.643以上,各因素重测的相关系数在0.943以上,全量表的重测相关系数为0.981。②探索性因素分析抽取的三个因素与理论构想相符,共解释了总方差的73.5%,各因素与总分的相关系数为0.915-0.939。与暴力作案刑事责任能力评定量表(CRRSV)、限定刑事责任能力评定量表(DCRRS)总分的相关系数分别为0.946和0.939,划界分评定结果与CRRSV、DCRRS等级相关分别为0.644和0.717。结论:PASCVC的结构和内容比较合理,信、效度良好,符合心理测量学要求。
Objective：To develop an assessment scale of cognitive and volition capacity from the perspective of psychiatry,then assess the reliability and validity of the scale.Methods：After reviewing the existing tools and experience,the Psychiatric Assessment Scale of Cognitive and Volition Capacity in crime（PASCVC） included three parts：①Symptoms of mental disorders,characteristic and extent;②Mental factors in social function;③Mental factors in the behavior of crime,developed by the programmed decision methods,225 cases were assessed by the scale.Results：The total Cronbach＇s α was 0.953,the Cronbach＇s α of per factor was 0.816-0.933,Guttmann split-half reliability of the whole scale was 0.890.The test-retest reliability of per item was over 0.643,and the test-retest reliability of per factor was over 0.943.Three fators were extracted through exploratory factor analysis,which were consistent with the theoretical concepts.They explained 73.5% of the total variance,the correlation between items and subscales was 0.915-0.939.The correlation of total scores between PASCVC and Criminal Responsibility Rating Scale of Violence（CRRSV） was 0.946,and between PASCVC and Diminshed Criminal Responsibility Rating Scale（DCRRS） was 0.939,the correlation between PASCVC and CRRSV was 0.644,and between PASCVC and DCRRS was 0.717.Conclusion：The reliability and validity of PASCVC have reached acceptable level in psychometrics and can be used in assessing the cognitive and volition capacity in crime.
