摘要
目的观察鼻内镜治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床护理效果。方法选取我院2017年1月至2018年7月行鼻内镜治疗的慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予针对性护理干预,比较两组患者的并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组的并发症发生率为5.71%,明显低于对照组的22.86%(P <0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为97.14%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P <0.05)。结论对行鼻内镜治疗的慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者采用针对性护理干预,患者的术后并发症发生率较低,满意度较高,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical nursing effect of nasal endoscopy in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods 70 cases of patients with chronic sinusitis receiving nasal endoscopic treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to July 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention.The complications and nursing satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of complications of the observation group was 5.71%,significantly lower than 22.86% of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.14%,significantly higher than80.00% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Targeted nursing intervention in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps treated by nasal endoscopy has lower incidence of postoperative complications and higher satisfaction degree,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
