二元乙丙橡胶固态聚集态结构对比 被引量:2

Comparison of solid aggregative state structure of ethylene propylene rubbers

摘要 采用核磁共振波谱、差示扫描量热和热失重等方法对比解析研究了中国石油吉林石化公司生产的牌号为J-0010的二元乙丙橡胶(J-0010 EPM)和国外同类产品(Foreign EPM)。结果表明,J-0010 EPM所含乙烯单元质量分数为47. 6%,Foreign EPM为44. 1%;前者的连续链段要多于后者,导致其局部有序现象更加明显,因而其链段分布还需进一步优化。两种二元乙丙橡胶经热处理后在玻璃化转变区均出现异常吸收峰,表明二者均存在局部有序的聚集态结构,且J-0010 EPM中类似微晶的局部有序结构较Foreign EPM要多。两种二元乙丙橡胶均具有良好的热稳定性。 Ethylene propylene rubber( EPM) J-0010 produced by Jilin Petrochemical Company,Petro China and a similar foreign EPM product were compared and studied by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetic analysis. The results showed that the mass fraction of ethylene unit in J-0010 EPM was 47. 6%,and that in foreign EPM 44. 1%. The former had more continuous segments than the latter,which resulted in more local ordered structure,so that its segments distribution need to be optimized. After heat treatment, the abnormal absorption peaks developed in the glass transition zone for both the two kinds of EPM,indicating the existence of local ordered aggregation structure,and the microcrystal-like local ordered structure in J-0010 EPM was more than that in foreign EPM. And the two kinds of EPM both had good thermal stability.
