摘要
双酚A (BPA)被认为是对人体健康产生潜在危害的一种化学品,于是开发替代BPA产品的需求日趋高涨。衍生至乙酰丙酸的双酚酸(DPA)被认为是生物基平台化合物衍生物,由于具有与BPA类似的化学结构,羧基的存在还可为聚合物提供一些特殊功能,正成为替代BPA的"绿色"候选者。综述了近30年内DPA替代BPA在合成酚醛树脂、聚碳酸酯、阻燃添加剂、官能化聚合物和涂料等高分子材料方面的应用,分析了DPA型高分子材料相较于BPA型高分子材料的优势所在,展望了DPA应用在高分子材料的发展方向。
Bisphenol A (BPA)was considered as a potentially harmful chemical compounds for human health,and the demand for alternatives to BPA increased.Diphenolic acid (DPA)was derived from levulinic acid which could be considered as a derivative of biological platform compounds.The chemical structure of DPA was similar to BPA and some special functions for polymers eould also be provided in the presence of earboxyl groups,therefore DPA became a "green"candidate to replace BPA.It was reviewed that the application of DPA instead of BPA in the synthesis of polymer materials in the past 30 years,such as phenolic resins,polyearbonates,flame retardants additive,functional polymers and coatings.Meanwhile, the advantages of DPA polymer materials comparing with BPA polymer materials was analyzed.Finally,the development of DPA in polymer materials was prospected.
