摘要
本文就精梳纯棉针织物丝光工艺条件,从丝光原理入手,对影响丝光效果的助剂、碱的浓度、车速、纵横向张力、轧液率、水洗温度等因素,在对比试验基础上,提出了较为完整的工艺。
Starting with the mercerizing principle,some parameters in terms of auxiliary agent,alkaline's density,machine's speed as well as tension in coursewise and lengthwise,pick-upand washing temperature are analysed and compared on the basis of experiments.Thus amore integrated technology for knittedgoods of combed cotton is presented.
