摘要
现代,随着人们生活水平的提高,社会老龄化的加剧,腰痛发病率呈现明显上升的趋势,严重地给家庭、医疗及社会增添了经济负担,与此同时也降低了人们的生活质量。但对腰痛的发病原因、机制一直成为许多学者的疑惑,而在其多发的病因中发现腰椎小关节退变是引起腰痛的原因之一。目前,关于腰椎小关节退变与腰痛的相关性研究主要集中在小关节的解剖生物学改变、病理学改变、影像学改变及实验研究等方面,故而收集相关文献对腰椎小关节的退变做一相关性综述。
In modern times ,with the improvement of people's living standard and an ageing society ,the incidence of low back pain is in the rising trend,seriously increasing the economic burden and at the same time also reducing the quality of people's lives.However,the pathogenesis and mechanism of low back pain have always been the confusion of many scholars,and in the cause of its multiple diseases,it is found that the lumbar joint degeneration is one of the causes of low back pain.Currently,researches about lumbar vertebra small joint degeneration and the correlation of lumbago mainly concentrated in the small joints of the anatomical changes in biological,pathological change and imaging and experimental research,etc.,so the author reviewed relevant literature of lumbar vertebra small joint degeneration.
