摘要 在我国缺水的北方地区,气候条件比较特殊,风速和温度随季节和昼夜变化幅度较大,空冷器的冷却能力必须与环境条件关联考虑才能保证机组设备的安全运行。因此对不同的大气环境和周边建筑物地域环境下对空冷器的运行影响的研究有着很重要的意义。采用试验的方法对如此大的系统进行研究是非常费时费力和不经济的,而利用计算软件对具体条件开发建模进行数值模拟已经是国际通行的经济实用的研究方法。FLUENT软件是一个用于模拟和分析在复杂几何区域内的流体流动与热交换问题的专用CFD软件。依托内蒙古实际工程项目,建立某2×340 MW燃煤直接空冷发电机组数值模型进行分析。利用流体动力学(CFD)软件对各种气象条件下机组效率及安全性进行分析计算。 The northern part of China is short of water and the climate condition is special.Wind velocity and temperature vary greatly with season and day and night,so the cooling capacity of an air cooler must be considered with environment condition to ensure the safe operation of the unit equipment.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influence of different atmospheric environment and surrounding buildings on the operation of an air cooler.It is very time-consuming, laborious and uneconomical to study such a large system using experimental methods.Using a computational software to develop,model and simulate numerically to a specific condition has been an internationally accepted and economical research method.FLUENT software is a special CFD software for simulating and analyzing fluid flow and heat exchange questions in complex geometry zone.This paper relies on the actual project in Inner Mongolia and establishes the numerical model of a 2×340MW coal-fired direct air-cooled unit to analysis.The efficiency and safety of the units under different weather conditions are analyzed and calculated by using fluid dynamics (CFD)software.
