摘要
直接空冷机组的运行受到环境因素影响很大,热风回流和"倒灌"非常突出。提出了采用地下通道进风的冷却方式,利用CFD数值模拟Fluent软件,针对某600 MW机组空冷岛外部流场进行了数值模拟,发现大风条件下空冷平台下面的进风室空气流场稳定,外部流场没有出现回流倒灌现象;换热效率平均提高24.4%。
The operation of direct air cooling unit is impacted by environmental factors, particularly hot air reflow and "intrusion". Taking the 600 MW direct air-cooled unit into consideration, this paper conducts numerical simu- lation research on external flow field of underground passage inlet direct air-cooled island by using CFD software Fluent. The results show that using the proposed method the hot air re-circulation and air inverse flow phenomenon completely disappeared, the air flow field of the air-cooled bottom is stable and the total heat exchange efficiency of the air-cooled platform is enhanced by 24.4%.
