颅脑磁共振纹理分析在脑胶质瘤鉴别诊断的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨颅脑磁共振纹理分析在脑胶质瘤鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法通过回顾性分析我院自2010年1月至2018年1月有明确的病理诊断的脑胶质瘤和中枢神经系统淋巴瘤患者的临床资料及影像学信息。分析其磁共振常规表现及纹理分析特点差异。结果脑胶质瘤与中枢神经系统淋巴瘤磁共振在常规表现中强化方式、周围水肿程度、是否累及中线及多发病灶差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),脑胶质瘤和中枢神经系统淋巴瘤磁共振常规表现中缺口征差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。脑胶质瘤和中枢神经系统淋巴瘤纹理分析(熵值、偏度、峰度、异质性)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颅脑磁共振纹理分析可以较好的区别脑胶质瘤和中枢神经系统淋巴瘤,为临床术前鉴别诊断胶质瘤提供一定的参考价值。 Objective To investigate the value of MRI texture analysis in predicting the nature of brain gliomas. Methods The clinical and imaging data of glioma and primary brain lymphoma were collected by retrospective analysis. All of the patients had definite pathological data. They were diagnosed as glioma and primary brain lymphoma. To analyze the difference of MRI features between primary brain lymphoma and glioma, and the difference of MRI texture between primary brain lymphoma and glioma. Results Significant differences were found between primary brain lymphoma and glioma in conventional MRI manifestations, such as enhancement pattern, degree of peripheral edema, involvement of midline and multiple lesions(P< 0.05), and no significant differences were found between primary brain lymphoma and glioma in conventional MRI manifestations(P>0.05). There was significant difference between primary brain lymphoma and glioma texture analysis(entropy, skewness, kurtosis, heterogeneity)(P<0.05). Conclusion MRI texture analysis can distinguish glioma from primary brain lymphoma, and provide abundant information for clinicians.
