陶粒对铬的固化及其机制研究 被引量:4

摘要 为探索含铬废弃物在陶粒生产中资源化利用的可行性,在实验室制备掺CrO_3的陶粒样品,测定其强度、密度等物理性能和铬浸出浓度,研究Na_2CO_3、煅烧制度对铬浸出浓度的影响,并结合XRD和SEM分析探讨铬在陶粒中的固化机制。结果表明:CrO_3掺量增加(0%~3.0%),陶粒的强度、密度和吸水率变化不大,六价铬和总铬浸出浓度增加,但总体较低,均在0.1 mg/L以下;提高Na_2CO_3掺量、提高煅烧温度或冷却速度,六价铬和总铬浸出浓度明显下降。玻璃相对铬的固化起关键作用,玻璃相使陶粒结构致密,包裹铬离子,从而降低铬浸出浓度。陶粒对铬的固化效果良好,含铬废弃物在陶粒生产中的资源化利用具有潜在可行性。 In order to explore feasibility of resource utilization of chromium-containing wastes in ceramsite produetion eeramsite samples containing CrO3were prepared in the lab,and its strength,density and other physical properties and the leaching concentration of Cr were measured,to study the effect of Na2CO3and the calcining system on the leaching concentration of Cr,and the solidification mechanism was also investigated by combining with XRD and SEM analysis.The results indicated that,with increase of CrO3(0%~3.0%),strength,density and water absorption of eeramsites had little change,the leaching concentrations of Cr(VI)and Total Cr increased,but were still in a low level or the whole,and were all below 0.1mg/L;by increasing amount of Na2CO3and improving the calcination temperature or cooling speed,the leaching concentrations of Cr(VI)and total Cr decreased significantly.Glass phase played a key role in solidification of Cr,making the ceramsite compact and wrapping up Cr ions well,and thus decreasing leaching .concentration of.Cr.Ceramsite had a good solidification effect on Cr,and the chromium-containing wastes had potential feasibility of resource utilization in eeramsite production.
