摘要
在对我国生活垃圾填埋场的污染控制管理和技术现状进行调查和试验研究的基础上,提出我国生活垃圾填埋场新的污染控制标准.对修订前后的标准的主要内容进行了比较,并分析了主要的修订内容,包括可以直接进入生活垃圾填埋场处置的废物类型、进入生活垃圾填埋场共处置的生活垃圾焚烧飞灰和一般工业固体废物的条件、生活垃圾填埋场渗滤液污染控制标准等.此外,将我国新颁布实施的标准的主要内容与国外先进标准进行了比较,并分析了实施修订后的标准的技术经济和环境效益.
The pollution control standard for the landfill site of municipal solid waste was revised based on investigations and experiments on the pollution control management and technology. The main contents of the standard before and after revision were compared, including the type of waste that could be landfilled directly in the municipal solid waste landfill site, the condition of fly ash generated by the incineration of municipal solid waste and normal industrial solid waste that could be co-treated in the municipal solid waste landfill site, and the restriction of the leaehate. Moreover, the revised standard was compared with the corresponding standards of developed countries, and the technical, economic and environmental properties of the revised standard were also discussed.
