摘要
目的了解西安市城区成人烟草流行现状和室内公共场所禁烟态度,为控烟立法提供数据支持。方法参照全球成人烟草调查所设定的抽样原则及调查形式,采用多阶段分层整群概率抽样法,在全市城区抽取2400名市民以入户调查的形式进行电子数据采集。应用SAS 9. 2和SUDAAN 10. 0. 1软件的复杂调查数据分析程序处理数据。结果西安市城区成人现在吸烟率为20. 6%,男性现在吸烟率为40%,女性现在吸烟率为0.5%;西安市城区成人对不同室内公共场所禁烟的支持比例分别为:室内工作场所93.3%,餐馆80.4%,中小学校97.7%,医疗机构97. 5%,公共交通工具89. 9%。结论西安市城区成人现在吸烟率低于全国水平,公共场所二手烟暴露情况十分严峻,公众对室内公共场所禁烟支持率较高,西安市公共场所控烟立法条件日趋成熟。
Objective To understand the prevalence of adult smoking in Xi’an City and the attitude of banning smoking in indoor public places, and to provide support for tobacco control legislation. Methods A multi-staged cluster sampling design which based on the principles of global adult tobacco survey was used in the survey to select 2400 inhabitant from districts of urban Xi’an. Data were collected through household survey by using electronic devices. Data were weighted and analyzed by SAS 9. 2 and SUDAAN 10. 0. 1 complex survey data analysis program. Results The current smoking rate of Xi’an residents was 20. 6%. Men current smoking rate was 40. 0%, Women current smoking rate was 0. 5%. The proportion of adult support for smoking ban in different indoor public places in Xi’an were as follows: indoor workplace 93. 3%, restaurants 80. 4%, primary and secondary schools 97. 7%, medical institutions 97. 5%, public transportation 89. 9%. Conclusion The current smoking rate of Xi’an adult residents is lower than the national average. Male smoking rates are high. Exposure to second-hand in indoor public places smoke is serious. Public support for smoking prohibition in indoor public places is higher. Public place tobacco control legislation condition is maturing day by day in Xi’an City.
