摘要
知识经济的到来使管理发生了新的变化 ,呈现出经营管理信息化、组织结构柔性化、企业界限模糊化、注重企业创新、管理“以人为本”等特点 。
The thesis presents that knowledge based economy has brought about great changes in the field of administration,which is characterised by the information oriented business administration,the flexibility of institutional structures and the obscrity of enterprises. Therefore, great importance should be attached to such features as business innovation and individual centred management in the knowledge based economy age, which calls for the innovation in administration.
