摘要
分析了我国企业管理创新的现状，探讨了我国企业管理创新活动与发达国家的相同与不同之处，并联系实际对我国企业管理创新的未来进行展望。
In this article, the author studies the reality of the management innovation of Chinese enterprises, analyses the same and the different points on management innovation of enterprises between China and the developed countries, and looks into the future of the managment innovation of Chinese enterprises according to the situaion of China.
