摘要
金属注射成形 (MIM)已成为国际粉末冶金领域发展迅速 ,最有前途的一种新型近净成形技术。本文综述了MIM技术的研究现状 。
Metal injection molding(MIM) is an advanced near shape technology and has undergone considerable growth in recent years.The scientific status of MIM technology,including powder and materials,and binder and mixing,and debinding and sintering,and business,was reviewed in this paper.The development trent of this technology was also discussed.
