摘要
粉末注射成型是一项新型近净尺寸成型技术,被用于生产较小尺寸及复杂外形与表面的制品.与传统的加工工艺相比,粉末注射成型技术成本优势明显.结合该工艺的特点,文章论述了包括混料、注射成型、脱脂、烧结4道工序中涉及的工艺参数对制品质量的影响.粉末注射成型工艺在陶瓷、金属材料方面得到了很好的应用.
Powder injection molding( PIM )is a near-or net-shape forming technique for manufacturing small-sized and complex-shaped components. The PIM process possesses striking advantages over the conventional ones in technology and cost. The features of the PIM process is described, and the effects of the feedstock,injection molding, degreasing and sintering on the product quality are illustrated in the paper. Uses of the PIM process are fotmd in ceramic and metal materials processing.
