摘要
化学沉淀法制备的 Fe3O4 微粒经表面活性剂包覆后悬浮于载液中得到了磁性液体。通过对其中 F e3O4 微粒的粒径、分布均匀性分析和磁性液体饱和磁化强度等磁性能的测试 ,阐述了磁微粒量及其平均粒径、表面活性剂等主要因素对磁性液体的磁性能影响 ,并从理论上进行了分析和解释。
The magnetic fluid was prepared using Fe 3O 4 particulates which were prepared by chemical precipitation and suspended in a carrier liquid. The magnetic performance such as the diameter of Fe 3O 4 particulates, distribution uniformity of the particulates, saturation magnetic intensity of the magnetic fluid was examined, and it is concluded that the main influencing factors were the concentration and the mean diameter of the magnetic particulates, and the type of the surfactant. A theoretical analysis was given.
