摘要
目的 :建立高效液相色谱法测定丙戊酸钠片剂含量的方法。方法 :采用反相C1 8色谱柱 ,以甲醇 缓冲液 (5mmol·L- 1四丁基氢氧化铵 ,2 0mmol·L- 1 磷酸二氢钾 ) (75∶2 5)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 1 3nm ,按峰面积计算。结果 :丙戊酸钠在 2 5～2 50 μg·ml- 1 浓度范围内线性关系良好 (γ =0 .9998)。平均回收率为 1 0 0 .2 % ,RSD为 0 .54 % ,日内平均RSD为 1 .2 % ;日间平均RSD为 1 .3 %。结论 :该法操作简便、快速、重现性好、结果准确的优点 。
OBJECTIVE To established an HPLC method for determination of sodium valproate tablets.METHODS The chromatographic conditions: C 18 column, mobile phase of methanol buffer solution (5 mmol·L -1 Tetrabutylammonium hydroxide, 20 mmol·L -1 monobasic potassium phosphate)(75∶25),213 nm for detection and peak area calculation.RESULTS There was a good linear relationship within the concentration range of 25～250 μg·ml -1 of sodium valproate( r = 0.9998 ),the average recovery was 100.2% ,the relative standard deviation was 0.54% .CONCLUSIONS The method is accurate, precision, fast and practicable.
