摘要
介绍一种用纯化的纤维蛋白原检测葡萄球菌凝聚因子的方法。结果显示本法与兔血浆检测法有很好的一致性 ,且该法简便 ,结果易于观察 ,无假阳性 ;而传统的人血浆检测法易产生假阳性。
A modified method of detecting staphylococcal clumping factor with purified fibrinogen was introduced. The results showed that the method was simple and concordant with the one with rabbit plasma. Moreover, the results were easy to observe. The traditional method with human plasma was found to be likely to produce false positive.
