组织因子的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 组织因子（ＴＦ）为一跨膜糖蛋白，为凝血因子Ⅶａ在细胞表面的受体。生理情况下与血液直接接触的细胞并不表达ＴＦ。当受到炎症介质等多种因素刺激时，血管内皮细胞和单核细胞表达ＴＦ，由此可以引发一系列病理过程。对组织因子基因、分子结构和功能及其表达调控的认识，有助于更清楚地了解组织因子在生理、病理情况下的作用。
