摘要
目的 :研究大肠癌的促血管生成基因血小板源性生长因子 (PDGF)和血管内皮细胞生长因子 (VEGF)的表达及其临床意义。方法 :应用逆转录 -聚合酶链反应 (RT- PCR)方法检测 2 0 0 1年 1月至 2 0 0 1年 8月间收治的 42例大肠癌 PDGF及VEGF基因的 m RNA表达。结果 :PDGF- A和 VEGF- m RNA的表达与大肠癌淋巴结转移和 dukes分期密切相关。 PDGF-Am RNA的表达与 VEGF的表达显著相关。结论 :促血管生成基因 PDGF和 VEGF的表达在大肠癌的生物学及临床分期研究中可作为差别指标。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF)mRNA and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) mRNA in colorectal carcinoma. Methods: Forty-two patients with colorectal carcinomas underwent operation between Janunary, 2001 to August, 2001 at our hospital. All of the speciments were determined for Mrna expression of PDGF and VEGF by using RT-PCR technique Results: There was a close relation between PDGF and VEGF expression and several clinicopathological factors including lymph node metastasis, and TNM stage increased expression of PDGF was significantly correlated with an increase in VEGF. Conclusion: PDGF and VEGF gene expression in colorectal carcinoma may serve as a parameter for judging tumor biological characteristic and clinical significance.
